Threshold bottom operation.

public TOpenCLValue ThreshBottom([In] TOpenCLValue Src, double Value);
Remarks

Perform threshold operation on Src. The Value parameter is a lower bound for the threshold operation. Src value smaller than Value will be replaced with Value.
